SOURIRE INTEMPOREL

For the 43th edition of MODALISBOA (Lisbon Fashion Show), the photographer Nuno Beja and the make-up artist Antónia Rosa, were invited to present their most recent project SOURIRE INTEMPOREL.

The project presents 9 large dimension photographs, disposed over 3 triptychs. The exhibition design concept and project as well as the art direction was awarded to Joana da Matta.

For this exhibition, it was created a spatial game of antithesis, shadow and grey area versus lightness and brightness, two-dimensional versus three-dimensional, designed over geometric volume and luminance of the photographs.
